The  22 and 32 Series FlexiBlok¨ line is a series of high performance air preparation products. Introduced in 1997, the FlexiBlok¨ line is made from sturdy but light weight aluminum; perfect for applications such as robotic arms which cannot afford extra weight and less expensive to ship than zinc. The block head design with integrated mounting holes eliminates costly mounting plates and adapters, making the product easier to use and install. Private labeling is easy thanks to the special templates which snap securely in the front and back of the heads. These templates can be customized with names and/or logos; perfect for OEM applications.

Numatic Compressed Air Coalescing Filter

.03 Micron sintered element with manual drain and Polycarbonate bowl.
Used when either clean air is required or longer component life is desired. This type of filterremoves water and oil aerosols. Working differently than particulate filter, oily air enters the element from its center and passes through a field of glass fibers which cause the aerosols to form into heavier-than-air droplets. The droplets grow larger as they pass through the element and gravity drains the oil drops to the sump of the bowl. With the harmful oil varnishes and and contaminants that attack seals and gaskets now removed, the valve or cylinder is much less likely to stick. It should always be used AFTER a 5 micron particulate filter.
